Found this place when doing research on rentals for Indian ethnic costumes, as my boyfriend and I had to rent some to attend a wedding in India. As advertised on their Instagram, they had affordable rental dresses starting from INR999. What I liked the most about the business was that they were transparent and clear about pricing (which were reasonable), unlike many shops that have a high price listed for you to negotiate downwards. Their selection was extensive and beautiful. If we had known that there were also affordably-priced menswear here earlier, we would have rented more! We got a total of 2 lehenga cholis (one pink and one purple) and one purple Indowestern suit for the wedding, over 2 days. The family-owned business was very friendly and helpful, and they helped me to don the lehenga cholis when I was trying a few on, and offered some matching menswear for my boyfriend. After paying the rent and deposit, they took my measurements to alter the lehenga cholis to fit me. Renting these outfits for special occasions and festive events is so much more economical and sustainable than buying (at much higher prices, and not as good quality). I would strongly recommend Sai Rental to my friends and family who are visiting Jaipur and looking to rent some Indian ethnic costumes for a photoshoot or any special event!
