Worst experience ever, I shopped two sarees via video call and paid extra for extra handwork. They promised me that they will deliver the sarees at the hotel I was staying but they started making excuses and did not deliver. Then I asked them to courier me the same, they couriered sarees but blouse pieces were missing.. upon calling them, they said ma’am the blouse pieces are very small so we will get the other material dyed to same color and will get the handwork done and then they will courier. After 4 months of continuous follow up they ended up sending the same small sized approx 1 mtr blouse pieces which was of no use for me . They lie, they cheat, they betray. Don’t trust such stores.

I receive the Saree today, the Saree is not pure banarsi Saree. Please don’t lie to people and promote your business in such way. The Saree is on chiffon fabric. I know exactly what pure banarsi Saree is like. I did not get the blouse fabric with the Saree also, they only sent me sleeves. The handwork is nice but it’s so delicate that it’s already falling apart. This was a really bad experience and very bad customer service. Even I had to pay for my shipping even though the website says free shipping. I’m not satisfied with my purchase. I will not be purchasing a Saree from this website again nor will any of my relatives.
