Customers plz be aware-this is a fraud store. Ordered online..They take ur money and never deliver on time. Promise refund and then say customer service didn’t approve. So now after two months after the order we will attempt to deliver. NEVER ORDER if you are looking to get something on time. YOU WILL NEVER GET IT ON TIME.

Customers, please be careful. I placed Order #85706 on 23rd September and despite constant reminders, Pratapsons failed to deliver the product. For nearly two months I have been chasing my ₹5,600 refund, and all I receive are empty promises of “24–48 hours.” Their Head of Operations, Mr. Abhilash, even emailed a refund assurance on 16th November, which was never honoured. This is unacceptable, misleading, and amounts to extremely poor service. Think twice before ordering!
