RUN AWAY from this shop!, they do very bad quality, wrong size! And they don’t fix their mistakes! , worst staff on the world!! My order is long dress 57 inch They said no we did it 54 And what i got is 44 inch🤣 They said go iron it will become long! OMG this is ridiculous!! 😂😂😂 No effort at all even the packaging is disaster!!! They fold clothes in an ugly way to save weight in a very bad way! They don’t even put in plastic bag to save it! They just throw it in the DHL bag!!! You will feel like you ordered something in 1990😃! .. even ( SHEIN ) has better packaging than you! .. i run after them 3 days to got one answer! .. even size measurements they don’t know how to take, my waist is 26 inch in every where all the world and also from other Indian shops they take it 26! In this bad shop they measure it 32inch😆🤣!! They hiring people with bad experience also bad behavior! When i was there the staff was so rude! I wish that i run away from that time and didn’t buy this bad things ….. my friend who’s reading trust me run away

Worst experience! So today I am posting this review almost after 2 years as I saw something on their social media platform how they lied to me. I visited their store and liked a lehenga. They told me its 35K so I asked them I would visit with my sister to finalise it. When I visited next time within 2-3 days, I finalised the same piece and as soon I started paying they asked me to pay 40K and said no ma’am we didn’t ever say 35K ( though it was the same staff). Then she took my wrong measurements but anyhow I managed on my event day, but when I went for the alteration she said ma’am you have lost weight. ( Within 20 days someone can loose so much weight that a high rise lehenga can become low waist lehenga matlab kuch bhi) anyway she got agree to alter it ( but khudki galti kahin nahi maanni hai) . So after few days I went to pick up my altered lehenga which was already packed and I was in hurry so I didn’t try it ( I trusted again, blindly, my mistake) When I opened it (around after 2 months) on some family function it was same, no change, she didn’t even touch it. Again I had to manage with pins. Then I called them that you hadn’t altered it they were like ma’am that we are really sorry from our staff’s side but that staff had left the job we had no idea what was the matter and we are not able to connect with her and now you had to pay for the alteration. I paid 2K extra for their mistake. But today I got to know the same staff is still working with them. I don’t know either owner know about this matter or not but it was really a bad experience! And after suffering twice bcz of their service I never put a review but how they fool their customer I really didn’t like.

It's a one stop shop for all your ocassions. My entire wedding and trousseau collection was from here and I totally loved how each outfit differed from another irrespective of being from the same label. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. Everything was delivered to me well in time and every detail was very well taken care of even more than my expectations. Great work!

Pallavi Jaipur is one of the best places I have ever been too. I was looking for a chic yet elegant lehenga for my sister's wedding and after searching in so many places I could finally find it here. The management and employees are really helpful and friendly. They helped me a lot and even customized a few things for me. I am really happy.
