I had a very disappointing experience at Palki Jaipur, and I would not recommend this store to anyone. I was sold a damaged and stained outfit, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a store that positions itself as a premium ethnic wear brand. When I noticed the issue and brought it to the staffβs attention, the response was extremely unprofessional. Instead of addressing the problem politely or offering a solution, the staff behaved in a rude and arrogant manner. There was no willingness to accept responsibility or even acknowledge that the product was faulty. The situation became worse with the alteration service. The alterations were done very poorly, and despite clearly explaining the issues, no proper correction or solution was provided. The overall attitude felt dismissive, as if customer concerns did not matter once the payment was made. Good clothing stores are defined not just by their products but by how they handle problems, and unfortunately, Palki Jaipur failed on both counts. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and careless handling of genuine complaints made this a very unpleasant experience. I regret shopping here and would advise others to be cautious.

I have shopped in Vaishali Nagar for most of my life and have generally been satisfied with my experiences. However, my recent visit to one particular shop was disappointing due to the arrogance and unsatisfactory behavior of its owners and staff. The irony is we were regular customers of the shop and even then their behaviour come across like this. Here are some instances of their unprofessional conduct: despite being a regular customer, I was treated poorly, judged based on my appearance, and overheard staff making comments about me in their own language. They only offered tea or coffee to customers they deemed "expensive." The after-service was among the worst I've encountered. The employee who handles WhatsApp communications often sends messages but, when called, cleverly forwards the call by claiming she doesnβt have WhatsApp numbers. I also had an issue where I was sold a shorter saree, and when I raised the complaint, they initially argued and later assured me they would rectify the situation. I ended up wandering back and forth to the store for months, and ultimately received the saree back with some fabric added to it. I usually refrain from sharing my experiences on public platforms, but I felt compelled to do so in this case. This review serves as a gentle reminder for the store to improve their business practices and customer service.
