Bad quality , no refund and return policy. I reveived the wrong product and they had no refund policy . Even for exchange ,the customer has to dispatch the product to them and then they would send you the exchanged product. The suits are so expensive but their quality is very bad. No one would wish to spend the money for dispatching.

There was not a single customer in their store still they keep us hanging for 10 min. No one attended even after waiting for long. And the main reason is no owner handling. They rely all on just staff who badly handle this.
I don't know they are scammers or by this name some people are scamming. So please request to all of you don't order anything online from this shop. They will give their pan card and gst number etc. So kindly don't fall into the trap. It's a scam i repeat.
We've just bought a Saree from here after visiting Roopshree and Aara Tari. The behaviour of the staff is very good and the collection they've also very very good. I'm very much satisfied by their service. Please do visit Kishori for a better experience. 🙌🙏💐 one suggestion for you Kishori- kindly allow for video call at least to show someone if they stay in the other city. As we had to leave a Saree because of that reason.
