This showroom is the perfect example of “Uchi dukan, fike pakwan.” Their so-called collection of salwar-kurtas is a joke — cheap-quality, pathetic designs, and shockingly overpriced. They are shamelessly selling a ₹300–₹400 kurta for ₹2000–₹2200. The printed kurtas you can easily get in Gatim showroom for ₹333 or at any small shop for ₹150–₹250 are being sold here for ₹650–₹800. What a scam! The most ridiculous part? Their “no exchange, no return” policy which is mentioned on their bill. In today’s market where even top brands offer 7–30 days return/exchange, these people have the audacity to say “no returns, no exchanges.” Laughable! On top of that, the salesman and the so-called seth ji give such cheap and awkward reactions if you even dare to ask about return/exchange. Totally unprofessional and arrogant. Honestly, this place is a rip-off. Don’t waste your money here. There are dozens of better shops with better designs, quality, and service. Avoid this showroom at all costs.
The store is good enough but when they deliver my saree after purchasing.. I was shocked both the sarees were without charakh or any steam press.. the slits are as it is .. only fall was there on sarees.. the packaging was also very very poor ..the boarder of both the sarees were rolled in packet .. it seems very untidy ... I was really very disappointed with service they provide....
Great shopping experience, after services are also good. Really satisfied
