Very poor service. We ordered wedding cards and the case and the card position is miss aligned. They denied to reduce price or give half refund. Look at the photo for details. The logo of the names and the whole in main card don’t sit together making it look shabby and clumsy. Don’t but from here.

As far as I'm concerned, our happiness is our weakness. Because when I went to Batra Cards for my wedding card selection, the rates they quoted were all fine. But when my cards went to Swati Prints for printing, they charged me extra, and they were not helpful at all. The printing company didn't follow the corrections I had made to the card design and printed them incorrectly. When I pointed out their mistake, they completely ignored me. In my opinion, I will never go to Batra Cards again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I am completely dissatisfied with their service.
