Extremely unfair treatment post shopping from there. They show you dresses with margins saying ‘ ye yaha se itna khulwaoge to aa jaayega’ and do not take any responsibility of alteration. Later, I find out that there was no margin in the dress. They were not ready to accept any exchange in the same category. This was instance one. Instance two, another dress, was left on alteration with them post shopping. On trying the dress, the dress tore apart from the sleeves, the work on the dress was falling, the chain broke, one shoulder was too tight, and another one was falling from other side. There were threads falling from different places in the dress. This dress was amounted ₹6600. It was not acceptable to buy such a poor quality dress at this price. I kept insisting on exchange. But they again denied. And this way approximately ₹17,000 for two dresses were wasted at their shop. In front of me only, one bride came shouting for her bridal lehenga for 2nd or 3rd time asking for perfect fitting. This is their everyday story to sell unfitted clothes to customer. They are very unaware of market and customer treatment standards. I suggest a few more shops where I had perfect shopping experience: 1. Krishna Designer, near Apna sweets 2.
