Amazing collection, super trendy and lots of variety, the owners themselves are managing the storefront, and tended personally to my fitting requirements, very accommodating and polite , they understand the cultural importance of occasions and help the customers manage the wedding stress wonderfully

They were having a single store n from that time we are their costumer in the beginning they were so sweet n behaved like u’r own family but from the time they r getting popular in indore their behaviour is getting rude they ignore their old customers n go for the new ones first.. they now react like we don’t have any other store to rent from so their attitude is going on 7th cloud….they now give u a dress n when it gets little dirty from bottom they ask u back it’s sooo dirty ma’am …so what do we pay for then its all included in the high charges uh ask from customer do u expect us to wash it and then give it to you …very much disappointed n this was my last rental visit to their store…they make expressions like hum waha bheekh mang rhe ho kapdon k inse book karne k liye even after paying thousands….

Think a 100 times before going to Rani’s bridal hub. They are very sweet and polite until you book the outfit. After booking all their politeness goes into vein . The people who sit on the counter are so rude and arrogant as if they are ruling the world . I was promised two dupatta with my bridal lehenga and when I went for picking up they said the second dupatta is chargeable which was not mentioned earlier. I booked three lehengas and inspire of clearing multiple times and giving my measurements all the three blouses were tight to me . And they are so careless they will send the lehenga in the night before your event always , so you don’t even have the time for a trial and alterations. Extremely disappointed

Really bad customer service. The collection is not good. They made us wait half an hour just to show us lehengas. Then they showed one lehenge every 15 minutes with just bad taste. I said I want e bright colours but they kept showing pastel colours. The guy beside us was showing Lehenga to other people and when we asked him to show us he was just plane rude.

Never ever go here.. worst service. People don't know how to talk to customers. If you want to waste your time dealing with subpar service and worst followup make your choice and go here. Wedding box and NRI are much better and know how to talk to customers. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DON'T RUIN YOUR WEDDING
