Don’t go to this horrible shop. The owners are rude and full of themselves. The service is slower than any other shop, they hold you in waiting without showing you clothes and have no respect for your time. After all this process of waiting, they are slow at even showing you products. No respect for time or customer. To top it all, the owner, Anuj Gattani is the rudest. Not only are they rude, they are utterly disrespectful. They don’t know how to speak to customers, no other respectable store owner would speak to their customers in the way they spoke. Not only is their language trash, they are extremely demeaning. Nobody should visit this store

I’ve visited so many stores for ethnic wear, but nothing quite matched the experience I had at Kesar. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a curated journey the designs were just wow, and the staff really knew how to help without overwhelming us. I must’ve tried on 7–8 outfits, but the team never rushed me. They were patient, honest, and helped me narrow it down to what suited me best. Sharing a picture here because the outfit I finally chose truly felt like me. The quality, the fall of the fabric, and the finesse in the detailing all of it stood out. If you want a place that values both design and experience, this is it. Will definitely be coming back for the next family wedding!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Kesar Sarees. The owner (Anuj Gattani’s) behaviour was shockingly rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful and demeaning tone at any store before. What was even more disturbing was that he crossed all personal boundaries by coming into my space and checking my phone gallery to see if I had taken a picture. This felt extremely invasive and uncomfortable. No customer should ever have to tolerate that kind of behavior. Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy, he displayed aggression, attitude, and a complete lack of manners. The environment felt hostile and unwelcoming. This store seriously needs to learn what customer service and basic human respect mean. I will never visit again and strongly caution others before stepping into this shop.

The staff made me feel at home with their patience and genuine suggestions, never forcing anything, just guiding me until I found the one.
