My friends and I went there 3 days before our friend's wedding to buy outfits. They have the most beautiful collection of lehengas, some sharara and dresses. The staff understood our demands and were really helpful, and found us the most beautiful pieces. They also arranged alterations very fast so that our outfits would be ready before the wedding. We will pick them up this evening. However, just know that this quality and service come at a (high) price.

After exploring several shops in Bhopal and Indore for my wedding lehenga, I finally found the perfect one here. They not only ensured timely delivery of my lehenga to their Bhopal branch but also took care of all the specifications and fitting beautifully. I had a very unsatisfactory experience as a customer. The staff members were exceptionally polite and humble prior to my purchase, but their demeanor changed significantly to being quite rude after the transaction was completed. Before the purchase, it seemed as though anything was possible, but just two days before the scheduled delivery, they began to offer various excuses. Furthermore, despite paying a substantial amount, the lehenga bag provided was of very poor quality, contrary to an earlier mention that it would be a leather bag. The alteration work on the blouse was also terrible and of very substandard quality. Since the item was sent via courier, it was not possible to visit the store in person to address these issues. Overall, it was a very negative experience with poor service.
