Worst experience ever. Please do NOT visit this store. Me and my sister purchased almost four outfits from Akalya bridal with a lot of trust and belief, Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst shopping decisions we have ever made. Not a single outfit was altered correctly. Their alteration master is extremely inexperienced & clearly has no understanding of basic fitting or finishing. We had to visit the store three times for alterations, and every single time the dresses came back wrong. Loose threads, beads falling off, unfinished work!!! absolutely zero quality control!! For this dresses, we were given a promised delivery time of one month, which we agreed to as there was enough time. Shockingly, even after the due date, the dress was not ready. Which was supposed to take one month ended up taking almost two months, and that too for basic alteration and finishing?? which was still not done properly!!! And Because of their careless work, we were forced to spend extra money and get all the outfits corrected from a tailor in our hometown, after a lot of struggle. We specifically chose Akalya because the store owner belongs to our hometown, and we wanted to support someone from our own place. Sadly, this trust was completely broken. Every single rupee spent here feels wasted. The staff behavior is extremely unprofessional. There is no proper response, no accountability, and no coordination among the team. They constantly avoid responsibility and give excuses all the timee!!! If you value your time, money, Please, DO NOT visit this store. Only go here if you are ready to run behind them repeatedly, face delays, poor staff service.
