Dear Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced at DP Jewellers, Indore. While I generally refrain from sharing such complaints publicly, this incident truly made me reconsider my decision. I had visited the store today to purchase 30 grams of gold, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Your representative Ravi (1st floor – Gold Coin section) engaged in unnecessary arguments and displayed unprofessional behaviour, which was quite unexpected from a reputed brand like DP Jewellers. Additionally, due to unavailability of stock, booking issues, and crowd mismanagement, the overall experience was frustrating. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to ensure better service quality and smoother customer handling in the future. Discounts are not what i am looking it is subjected to brand value & customer retention policy. Hope you get a reality check of the service D.P. Now will never take a step ahead on this brand.

I had a wonderful experience at the gold store! The collection is beautiful, authentic, and reasonably priced. The ambiance of the store is warm and welcoming, making the shopping experience very comfortable. A special mention to Ritesh Chauhan, who assisted us with great patience and professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable about the jewellery designs, purity, and pricing. His suggestions were genuine and very helpful in making the right choice. His polite behaviour and customer-first attitude truly made our visit memorable.
