Ok, you are talking about transparency, our payment is complete and asking you to deliver our albums as we cannot drag this for long, then why are you not picking up our calls? Is this not running away from your responsibilities? And none of your staff have responded even after multiple messages/calls what do we understand from this? Please explain. As you are not responding on our chats as a last resort we have come down to the google reviews to get your update? This is your commitment? Every customer will have their own requirements, you cannot say that your work is great and no rework is allowed, if thats the case a local photographer can be hired to do so, if you are of that standards and then we dont even expect any further... If you still think you are transparent and accountable then deliver our albums and you cannot write an essay without doing your work. Because of your constant excuses we have lost the trust and don't believe in your works in near future, we want to get rid of the mess. This is the final ask are you going to give our albums or not? In the latter case we will have to pursue this as cheating only and will pursue it that way.
