1 star: Rude response and out right saying I cannot do and not willing to talk. Need a better person on phone. May be he is busy. Update: He called back after the initial review to learn his mistake. He realised his tone was a bit off and showed willingness to fix his approach. He has a positive attitude about learning so updating the review from 1 star to 4 star.
