Nikah - the designer wedding cards

I had a very disappointing experience with this place. They overcharged me heavily, and because I was in a hurry to get the cards ready, I didn’t negotiate much, but for what they delivered, the pricing was extremely unreasonable. The service was even worse. Despite clearly mentioning multiple times that I needed the cards urgently, they delayed the order by 10 days. They rarely answered calls, even though I could see the manager active on WhatsApp. Only one out of ten calls would ever get picked up. When they finally said the cards were ready, I discovered they hadn’t printed the Bismillah on the main card, causing further delays. And the quality was extremely poor, especially the envelopes. Over 80% of them were glued so badly that they tore open completely when guests tried to open the cards. Around 25% of the cards had glue stains and marks. When I returned the defective cards, they took so long to remake them that the final batch was ready just 2–3 days before the wedding, which was far too late. In the meantime, I had to get some cards printed elsewhere. Despite all these issues, they refused to offer any discount and insisted that I pay the full amount on the first delivery date itself. Overall, this was a very bad and expensive experience, and I am never going back to them.
