They took money before the wedding but failed to provide the full services afterward. Since June, I’ve been repeatedly trying to contact them. They don’t respond to messages or answer calls. They asked me to send 200 pictures for the album, which I sent three times, but they kept giving excuses. Now, they’ve told me to visit their office to collect a refund after 7months??!!!!. I asked them to provide a breakdown of the amount and refund the money online, but they refused to pay me back.

Worst servies. Bismillah wedding services is a really disappointing company. First they promise you of all works done perfectly at the end they will disappear. We should call them again and again reminding them that our work have to be done on time. This isn't why we choose you for doing our work by our self. You will regret by choosing them plz dont that mistake even after knowingly and for those who are writings good reviews i guess they are really unware or dont care about there money cuz they are worst......

The great work and management by Bismillah wedding services may Allah bless you guys...provided very good service. Masha Allah for the arrangements which was done be on the expectations....
