We had the most horrible experience with this event organizer. The management was utterly chaotic and unprofessional from start to finish. Mr. Santosh, the so-called event manager, made countless promises before the wedding but failed to deliver on almost every single one. He promised a beautifully designed coconut for the bride never delivered. The makeup artist arrived extremely late at the last moment, causing unnecessary stress and delays. He assured us he would personally oversee the bride's entry absolutely nothing was done. It was a complete mess. The carpet used for the wedding was filthy and looked reused and stained an embarrassment in front of all our guests. During the Sangeet, they even served spoiled curry, which made some guests sick. It was beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, my grandfather, a senior asthma patient, got stuck in the elevator along with other elders, causing panic and a major disruption. We had to stop everything to get them out. Please think twice (or better, DON'T) before planning any event with this company. They ruined what should have been the happiest days of our lives.
Gone by the review but honestly all the reviews on the website are of their own members, horrible services. no real reviews on the website. This for my son's wedding here, one of the worst services provided.
