We purchased sarees and linings worth ₹17,000. In one of the lining packs, there were only 50 pieces, but the bill mentioned 60 pieces. At the store, we even pointed out that it looked like only 50 pieces, but the staff insisted it was 60 and packed it quickly without allowing us to check. After reaching home, we counted again and confirmed there were only 50 pieces. We contacted customer support and even shared a video of us counting the items. However, their response was very disappointing — they ignored the issue and asked us to bring the package back to the store. The store is not nearby, and the travel cost itself would be more than the value of the missing pieces. While the quality of the products is good, the service is extremely poor. I would strongly advise anyone visiting this store to carefully check the piece count before leaving, as they don’t allow enough time for verification and their customer service is unhelpful. I have reached out to the number you guys have shared as a reply to this review then again there is no proper response. If you guys are not responsive over call or message what is the point of responding here . I need the amount that I paid in excess not some kind of reply. Someone can clearly see the count of items from the photos I have shared. I have already shared the video also while counting.

I have purchased the blouse piece which was mentioned as 35. And later they have sent the bill and as I was in meeting if didn't verify as there were multiple items I just paid the bill and later when i received the stock and was checking the bill I saw they mentioned it as 40rs. When I have contacted them back they didn't respond and after a week they said why didn't u return it on the same day. And later they said they have said they have 2 qualities in same design and have send 40rs one And later one more person contacted and said prices are increased. What should I trust? And in return they said it is not staff mistake it is my mistake to not return on the same day.

Worst experience..there is no difference between other shops than this.. every shop should be same as like this.. please don't trust social media influencers.. . Don't trust 75rs sarees ,85rs, 105 sarees.. sarees everything it's fake.
