Though I came to you with less timeframefor making the outfit, you and your team has put extra efforts to make the outfit and delivery it on time. The quality and fit is super perfect, maggam work of the dupatta and blouse has blended beautifully with lehenga. The color also turned out beautiful as I expected. This outfit has exceeded my expectations. Totally in love with it. I am very much glad I found you at the last minute and happy that your were able to accommodate my request. Very happy that I choose myriti and it will be my go to for customized costumes for my special occasions hereafter.

WARNING: Myriti will lure you into placing an order with them by promising short delivery dates and stating that almost any customization is possible. I ordered a men’s and woman’s outfit from them for a important event and they said they would make sure everything I wanted was completed in time and would not ship the items until I was satisfied with the product. This is what made me feel secure in ordering from them. The outfits ended up being OVER ONE MONTH LATE. They also did not look like what was purchased, the color and quality were significantly different than what was shown on the website. After we made a deposit the communication from them decreased and when I asked for updates they said they don’t start work on outfits until the week before dispatch. When I told them I was not happy with the end product (considering it did not match what I asked for) they argued for days before allowing for some modifications. They redid some work to better the outfit after days of messages and pleading. Before shipping I wanted to confirm each of the measurements that were sent were confirmed via photos they told me they would not do anything further because they had already done too much for me. Eventually I had to allow them to send whatever they had completed so I would get the outfits in time for the event. They also put the same exact outfit on sale 2 days after we made our deposit and refused to honor their new price. I requested multiple times to talk to the manager and after one response they did not respond back. Overall a horrible experience. Horrible customer service after partial payment was transferred and poor quality compared to the pictures posted online. I would not order from this store again.

Ordered twinning sets for my kids . The team helped me select the fabric, take measurements and the detailing crafted on the dress was so intricate and beautifully made. The team was in constant touch sending pictures of the embroidery work …and the clothes were delivered right on time. Looking forward to place more orders in the future. Thank you team Myriti .
