I have NEVER experienced such disgusting and humiliating behavior in any store before. My visit to Memsaheb Gachibowli was an absolute nightmare and a complete waste of time. I visited the store on Sunday night (07/02/2026) but did not make a purchase because it was late. When I returned again with genuine interest to see collections and possibly buy, the staff decided to punish me for not buying earlier. That alone shows how cheap and unprofessional their mindset is. From the moment I entered, I was deliberately ignored. I was made to stand and wait endlessly while staff members happily attended every new customer who walked in. They kept saying “wait, wait,” but never came back. Meanwhile, other customers were taken inside the collection room through different doors and shown new pieces immediately. The most insulting part is that the staff were openly gossiping and judging me, saying things like “they won’t buy anything, don’t show them anything.” Imagine walking into a store and being treated like you don’t deserve service because staff ASSUME you won’t spend money. This is not just rude — it is humiliating and unacceptable. Who gives these employees the right to judge customers? Are they trained to discriminate instead of selling? Is Memsaheb running a boutique or a private club where only “approved” customers are treated with respect? This clearly reflects terrible management, zero customer service training, and a very toxic work culture. If management was present, they did absolutely nothing to control this behavior, which makes it even worse. Memsaheb should be ashamed of allowing such arrogant and disrespectful staff to represent their brand. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Memsaheb, and I will make sure to warn others about this branch. If you value your self-respect, DO NOT visit the Gachibowli branch. Customers deserve respect, not judgment and humiliation.
