Absolutely horrific experience at Manyavar & Mohey Banjara Hills—avoid at all costs if you’re shopping for kurtas or any men’s ethnic wear! Went in expecting quality sherwanis/kurtas, but got zero service and total disrespect. Walked in, stood around for a solid 5 minutes with not a single staff member glancing my way. Finally approached one executive, politely asked to see some kurta designs—he mumbled ‘wait 2 minutes’ and vanished. That turned into a ridiculous 30+ minute wait, watching 4 executives (yes, FOUR) loiter at the cash counter, chatting idly and fiddling with nothing important. No customers there, yet they acted too ‘busy’ to help when I followed up. When I confronted another staffer, the lame excuse was ‘everyone’s busy’—pure nonsense! The store was dead quiet, but their priority was clearly gossip over customers. Top it off with a massive entrance poster flaunting a fake 4.9 Google rating—obviously bogus, probably self-pumped reviews. This place deserves a solid 0 stars for customer service; it’s an embarrassment to the Manyavar brand. Save your time, frustration, and money—head to Punjagutta Manyavar instead, where staff actually care and deliver 100% better experience on kurtas, sherwanis, and more. This Banjara Hills disaster is the worst store I’ve hit in Hyderabad shopping scene. Never again!

I cannot say enough good things about Manyavar & Mohey, Banjara Hills. The staff, especially Umair, Runa and Abdul were absolutely incredible and made our shopping experience so personable and efficient that we were able to find both mine & my entire family’s outfits for my wedding events! Umair, Runa and Abdul were patient, understanding and beyond accommodating - they spent over 4+ hours with us over 2 days and worked with us to find outfits as per the themes of my events for 5 of us & not once did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Umair helped us personalize & customize all the male outfits & kept me updated on alteration progress throughout! Runa was just beyond incredible. As a plus size bride, shopping is already a challenge & not once did I ever feel uncomfortable & she in fact went out of the way to find me the perfect outfits & I just cannot put into words how grateful I am for her kindness & patience. Now to tailors - both Ashok & Ishaq master ji made magic happen in less than a week! We had a couple alterations that were needed - including my lehenga skirt & blouse that I wanted stitched in a certain way & Master ji made that happen. When I was a bit anxious about my alterations, Abdul worked with Ishaq to let me try on the outfits in advance of the final product so that we could ensure that the measurements were correct. When they made a mistake with one of our alterations, Abdul, the manager & Umair owned up to it, got a new outfit delivered a week later and Ashok Master ji altered it in under 30 minutes. We have driven past so many other M&M stores that have grand storefronts & entrances - however, the Banjara Hills location does not need any of those extras. They deliver a great experience through their personalized approach & our family is so grateful to their entire team for their generosity and time! Thank you team, we will be back!! ☺️

Vivek Sharma is an amazing salesman. I went to a lot of showrooms for buying sherwani, the only reason I bought it from Manyawar is because Vivek had really good patience to show me all sherwanis. He helped me selecta sherwani with which I was beyond satisfied.

Good experience at this place. The staff is very helpful and understanding. M A Ali was helpful. He exactly understood what we want and catered to what we needed.
