Karishma The Wedding Mall

We had a very good experience at Karishma wedding mall . Their hospitality and friendly approach especially Mr Majeed khan and Mr Fazal were exceptional . Totally satisfied ! They have a very good collection and the prices were satisfactory !

One of the store manager who is old doesn’t know how to speak to women, very disrespectful and abusive person. Most of the store staff is nice but this manager speaks like customers are beneath him. We had asked to speak to owner but were informed he’s out of station. I hope the actual owner investigates this, cctv is there and takes action against him.

Wow! Wow and a wow!! Fantastic variety of elegant but affordable items fitting for all occasions. We were there a couple of days ago and staff there made us feel so special. We were humbled by the steps they took to make our shopping experience superb. The floor manager, Mohammed bhai Saab went out of his way to ensure we got more than what we wanted. Nothing was too much an ask. Ateef bhai took his time in showing us options and Fariz bhai even took us to a restaurant for a truly Hyderabadic lunch. All in all, an amazing experience. Great to see such humanity and care shown🙏 Highly recommend this store.
