Had a great experience at Kakaji Wedding Mall. Mr. Zabi was very respectful and helpful. He assisted me in selecting the dresses in a very short amount of time and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

We visited this store for wedding shopping. Initially, the staff was polite, but we couldn’t find designs matching our requirements, so we decided not to purchase. While leaving, one employee: • Sarcastically and rudely asked if we had come only to look and not buy. • Spoke rudely even after we explained we didn’t like the designs. • At last he Said very rudely “okay go we have a lot of customers” despite the store being empty. Very disappointing experience. Customers deserve respect whether they purchase or not. It is not mandatory for customers to buy something when they visit a store. Every shop owner and employee should understand this and treat customers with basic courtesy. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE

I recently bought two stunning designer gowns for my mom from Kakaji Wedding Mall for my brother’s wedding. The gown designs and fabric quality were excellent, and the staff were very helpful in guiding us. However, the fitting process had some challenges. Although the tailor took the measurements, the initial fitting was incorrect, with the back of the gowns being too short. My mom requested additional cloth to adjust the length, but this was also done incorrectly at first. The store manager then requested 2-3 more days for further alterations, which they completed satisfactorily. Although these extra alterations involved an additional charge, the final fittings were properly done. While the experience had some hiccups, the team’s willingness to correct the issues was appreciated, and the final gowns looked beautiful for the special occasion.
