I bought a dress which was on sale in the month of January 2025. As the shipping costs huge amount to USA, I got it shipped it to India address, thinking I could get it with my parents as they are coming in the month of July. I’m totally aware that I’ll not be in return window since it is more than 6 months, but I trusted Issa studio as it was a reputed designer studio and went ahead with the purchase. Before purchasing I did chat with them and asked if they would provide margins so that I would be able to adjust the dress if it was tight, and they said they would provide margins but they didn’t . When I got the dress it was tight and asked them if they could alter the dress as it is useless to me as there were no margins. They said they would alter the dress and it’s an extra amount that I should pay. I agreed to that as I have no other option. I was packing the dress and got a closer look at the neck of the dress and found there were holes near the stitching. I could have given a second thought why that dress was on sale and asked them if there was any problem with dress? Very disappointed with such a reputed studio. Couldn’t wear such a worn out dress even though I bought it on sale. They will not transfer my money back according to their return policy but still sending the dress to the store with my own charges as I couldn’t wear the worn out dress. Learnt a lesson hard way by spending lot of money that never buy a dress which is on sale.
