I had a very disappointing experience. The service quality was poor and the salesman seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. The waiting time was excessively long, mainly due to the slow behavior and inefficient handling of the process. There was no sense of urgency or customer focus. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Worst service even they are not checking stones in any of their ornaments. We purchased from the shop last month and we had a very bad experience and even their coustomer service is zero not interested to talk with the coustomer.
