Given the importance of the event we are shopping for, we found better value and significantly more respectful service at nearby competitors. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The screw post of the earring snapped on the very first day, and the broken piece got completely stuck inside the screw-back. The metal quality feels extremely weak and cheaply made, and the earring became unusable within hours of buying it. I expected better durability, even for artificial jewellery. Very poor craftsmanship overall. Definitely not recommended for the high price.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were quite unprofessional and showed very little regard for customers. Their behaviour felt rude, and they seemed unwilling to assist beyond showing just 3–4 pieces, which is surprising for a store known for important occasion shopping like weddings. There was no confidence given about product quality either. I would not recommend this store for any major occasion. It’s better to choose established brands even if they cost a bit more, or visit the nearby shops in the area— we actually found much better designs and far more respectful service.

Visited begum bazar 1st time for my wedding shooping ,by seeing the reviews in Instagram I have reached this shop from very long ,and this is the worst shop ever visited, workers in the shop are very rude they will show only 2 or 3 models if we ask for more models they we will be like we have only this with a rude tone , I have expected some thing good and visited the shop but I was very much disappointed , better to shop in other stores where we have many models.
