I recently visited Precious Moments, Janakpuri, and my experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the price. Parking: Valet parking is available, but the service is very poor. They demand extra money at the end and the overall parking experience is extremely unprofessional and badly managed. Food: There is a good variety of snacks, but only 1–2 items actually tasted good. Dinner also had many options, but unfortunately, none of the dishes had proper taste. Overall, the food quality was below expectations. Lift: If your event is on the 1st or 2nd floor, it’s better to take the stairs. The lift is very small and extremely slow, causing long waiting time. Staff: The staff members are friendly and their behaviour is good, which is one of the few positive points. Overall: Considering the price, the services provided are not worth it. Precious Moments needs to improve their food quality, parking service, and overall management.
