Lavanya Dreams Banquet Hall has its pros and cons, making it a mixed experience for hosting events. I attended a friend's sister's wedding on the second floor and noticed several shortcomings. On the positive side, the banquet offers ample space, with 3 floors and a terrace, each capable of accommodating 500-600 people. The location is convenient, the food quality is good, and the washrooms are clean. The ambience is decent, ranging from okayish to good. However, there are notable downsides. When I arrived in the morning to check the arrangements, the hall was still being cleaned, and the previous day's decorations were reused without any updates. The ventilation on the second floor is poor, leading to an irritating smoky environment, possibly from food or other sources. The lift was malfunctioning, which added to the inconvenience. The service staff, especially the waiters, were not up to the mark, and there have been reports (which I also noticed) of discrepancies in the plate count—so it's advisable to double-check this. While Lavanya Dreams is relatively affordable compared to others in the area, there are better options with more reliable service and attention to detail. Overall, it was a decent experience, but significant improvements are needed to enhance its appeal.
