Very poor and pothetic service .The men in the photo is the manager and he don't have the basic etiquettes how to talk with the guests and when I complained that there is very little vegetable in the vegetable container and the container containing Gulab Jamun and Jalebi is completely empty.He told me " Don't tell me how to work . I have experience of more than 18 years.

1. There is no water in the toilet. 2. A dirty bottle has been kept for handwashing. 3. The washroom is very dirty. 4. The food quality is just average. The waiter service is very Overall rating 4/10

Decoration is good Ambiance is good Food was way too bad, most non veg items were smelling and stale. Everyone was complaining for food I dont know in this digital age how one can offer such food to guests that too on mayapuri main road. Beer and drinks service was good Khomchas were uneatable too. Please improve guys

I recently attended a wedding function at La Fortuna Mayapuri, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food quality was extremely poor. The taste was below average, and many guests complained about it. For a wedding event, where food is one of the most important aspects, this was truly embarrassing for the host family. What was even more frustrating was their plate-serving strategy. Plates were distributed before the food service began, creating confusion and increasing the plate count unnecessarily. It felt like a deliberate tactic to push extra charges. This kind of management practice is highly unprofessional and unfair. The staff coordination and overall management were also not up to the mark. For the amount charged, the service and quality did not justify the cost at all. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious before booking this venue and to clearly discuss plate policies and food quality in advance.
