The banquet hall is beautifully maintained, spacious, and elegantly decorated, making it perfect for weddings, receptions, and family functions. The food was absolutely delicious — wide variety, great taste, and well presented. Many of our guests specifically appreciated the quality and freshness of the dishes. The staff was extremely polite, cooperative, and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Parking was convenient, and the overall management was well organized. The team paid attention to every detail and was very supportive throughout the event, which made the occasion stress-free and memorable for us. We recently booked the party hall at Hotel Surya Grand for a family function and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hall is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate around 200 guests, making it suitable for various events like birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, engagements, and even small-scale weddings with limited guest lists. The interior of the hall is elegant, with well-maintained decor that adds a touch of sophistication to any celebration. The decoration services provided by the hotel are also impressive, complementing the ambiance perfectly. One of the major positives was the air conditioning, which worked effectively even in the peak of summer, keeping the hall cool and comfortable throughout the event. The food quality and taste were above average. While not extraordinary, the menu had good variety and the dishes were fresh and flavorful, satisfying the majority of our guests. The service staff was courteous and ensured that food and drinks were served timely. Parking is hassle-free here, thanks to the availability of ample space and valet parking, which made it convenient for all attendees. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hall was maintained well, including the washrooms. Overall, I would rate the experience 4 out of 5. It’s a great venue if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, well-maintained, and spacious place for hosting personal or family events. I would definitely consider it again for future occasions.
