The food & service were really pathetic, I was there as a guest. The place has no ramp for wheelchair accessiblity, no one to service snacks too. No one was there to even service breads, they were just keeping it at the buffet. the food was oily and tasteless and everything was just filled with cream. crockery wasn’t clean at all. The only good thing was valet parking.
We recently hosted our function at this banquet hall and had a wonderful experience. The hall is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The management was cooperative and handled all arrangements very smoothly. Catering was delicious and guests appreciated the ambience. Overall, a great place for weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.
We had a horrendous experience there. The manegement was really non cooperative and showed a very rude demeanor. They changed the menu which was previously agreed upon according to their own discretion and upon enquiry about the change, didn't make any alternations and continued with the wrong menu. On top of that, during dinner while our guests were waiting at the tables for food and to be served, the management and the servers refused to serve and set out plates for them unless we paid them extra money. Even when we agreed to giving them the extra money, they wouldn't serve the plates or food to our waiting guests unless the cash was in their hands. Thoroughout this all, they had a really awful and unwelcoming attitude towards the guests from our end trying to sort things.
As a person who doesn't post a lot of negative reviews, this place is out of bounds when it comes to cheating their way out of the customers. With the managers here trying to take advantage of your situation. The staff was rude to say the least and all in all I'd be stupid to even set a foot in their "prestigious" hall even if invited by any kin of mine in the future
Nice banquet. Supportive staff with great ambiance. Food quality really very good. Recently we did our one function, by mistake they forgot one dish as earlier discussed. Even after my deny forcefully they give extra complimentary items. Staff always ready for any kind help / guild line. Thanks for make our function so nice and memorable.
