Good overall experience located on main road in Wazirpur industrial area opposite to Petrol pump. Good food, DJ, service, and well organised interior decor. We have attended birthday party at 2nd floor and only let down was washroom which is too small and not very hygienic upto the standard as banquet hall outside.

Rude, arrogant attitude and misbehavior at the event | Faulty air conditioner | Civil construction on the of event We booked the 2nd floor of the venue for an event. On the the day of event, when we reached the venue we got to know that they had started doing construction in the staircase and at the entrance near lift area as evident in the photo attached. There was cement, stones etc in the entire staircase and around lift. It was a great embarrassment to us in front of our guests. When we confronted the management they were clueless and unwilling to help. With no option at the last moment, we had to start the event. During the event as well, the air conditioner were not working properly, we informed their team but no one was willing to help and they informed that their was some problem in the air conditioner. After the end of the event, when we met the owner of the venue to discuss the problems. The event started shouting and abusing. They even threatened to physically assault. It was the worst experience ever.
