Rooftop area party we attended its nice arrangement with open and covered area half n half, food is good snacks and soup were tasty. Its surrounded by all party banquets. Enjoyed the party.

From the moment we entered, the ambience impressed us — elegant décor, beautiful lighting, and a well-maintained banquet space that gives a premium feel. The management team was highly professional and cooperative. Every arrangement was handled with precision and attention to detail. The staff was courteous, prompt, and extremely supportive throughout the event. The food deserves special appreciation — delicious, well-presented, and appreciated by all our guests. The service was smooth and well-coordinated, ensuring everything ran perfectly on time. Casa Royal truly made our celebration memorable and stress-free. Had my brother's reception here, specially told the manager to make sure the food is without onion and garlic, not even in salad. Told them to write it up at the time of booking then again called them to remind them at the day of reception, and also the evening of reception as something about their reply felt that they don't remember our request. Fast forward to the main table, groom got served pyaz parantha. Then no manager came to settle down the issue, they are friendly to you only till your payment is pending, make sure to not book this place if you have any specific food requirement as they will screw it up and would leave you hanging as their only concern is the client's payment and not the actual client.
The hall, the arrangements, the food were good. Snacks like tikki and pav bhaji can be a bit better. Washrooms were stinky though,they need to be cleaned and kept fresh and smell free.
My son has Shagan ceremony on 11.11.2025 in evening at Casa Royal Mayapuri. They promised me to hand over the banquet by 6pm while booking but in the day of Shagun when my nephew Ankit reached at venue by 5:30 pm one another function was already going on and then we objected to it then they handed over the banquet to us by late 7: 30 pm and thus, our guest had to wait in waiting area of the banquet without any serving food only glass of water was supplied and that too on being asked. Thereafter, while matching the venue, some items were short and was not tables and served and when we objected then they arranged the same by 10 pm so as to clear their dues. Thereafter, at the stall of Gol Gappa, their staffs were supplying gol gappas in used plate by guest of earlier function. They did not change the plates and were serving gol gappas in old and used plates then when we objected the same then they admit it and felt sorry. Thereafter, their staffs were raising concern on DJ by saying that DJ will not allow after 11:30 pm and stopped the DJ whereas while booking the banquet, they assured that DJ will be allowed even by 12:30 and when we objected and raised concern then it was played by 12:30 pm. Their staffs and managers were short tempered, I'll mannered and unsupportive. I am compelled to give them single star as there is no option to give no star. it is very bad banquet in entire Mayapuri. Please don't prey fall.
