Worst booking experience ever. Big mistake to book this firm. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Does not deliver any file on time. We were promised our files within a week of shoot and the files were not provided even 20 days later. On the day of shoot also, photograpgers were extremely late, unprofessional, disinterested, no work put in, and lazy. DO NOT BOOK THIS FIRM OTHERWISE WILL REGRET

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I’m a Cardiologist who also enjoys photography — so I understand both anatomy and apertures. And trust me, WedPro managed to break both my patience and my pixels. Short version: VERY POOR. WORST EXPERIENCE. For the speed-readers: just jump to points 6 and 7. ⸻ 1. The Owner: All Talk, No Lens WedPro advertises punctual delivery and “premium service.” The owner has excellent marketing skills and even better butter-smooth talking skills. Unfortunately, the smoothness ends there — because absolutely nothing he promised made it to the ground team. By the end, I genuinely felt scammed. ⸻ 2. Pre-planning: Blink and It’s Gone The “planning” consisted of a 10–15 minute phone call with the owner. None of what we discussed ever reached the team that actually showed up. My only request — photos delivered within 10 days — was promised as “2 weeks at all costs.” Spoiler: that didn’t happen. ⸻ 3. Ground Team: Missing in Action Quotation: 4 people. Reality: 3 people. Despite me arranging entry for the 4th person a day earlier, he simply didn’t come. Trying to justify it with “only 3 allowed” makes zero sense when I literally arranged entry myself. ⸻ 4. Photoshoot: The Actual Nightmare As someone who knows photography, I can confidently say the team looked like they had just discovered the camera app yesterday. • No attention to clothing, draping, or basic posing — especially for the bride-to-be. • The missing assistant? The substitute looked so uninterested that I genuinely wondered if he hopped into the team mid-way by accident. • The videographer appeared allergic to effort — slow, lethargic, and barely trying. • No adaptability: if my fiancée was uncomfortable in a pose, they had no alternatives. For comparison: I had two other teams (6 people each) for wedding events later — their creativity was outstanding. This pre-wedding team… the exact opposite. ⸻ 5. Creativity: Absent Without Leave Every pose was so basic that I had to suggest what to shoot. Their imagination for scenes and poses was below beginner level. It felt like I was teaching them how to do their own job. ⸻ 6. Post-processing: The Worst Part (Read This Carefully) Batch 1: Shockingly bad. So bad that the owner later quietly deleted the photos from chat — I have screenshots proving the deletion. Batch 2: A masterclass in how not to edit. They used a yellow-heavy preset that made everything look like a 1950s postcard. As someone who actually knows editing: Basic corrections like white balance and color accuracy were completely ignored. One photo had a shirt so glowing white it looked like an ad for washing powder. Another had the background blown out to pure white — the original unedited photo was 100 times better. ⸻ 7. Delivery Timelines: Their Mood Is the Timeline They took 15 days just to deliver 50 poorly edited photos, after repeated calls. No reel. No “save the date” photo. No 3–5 minute video. Just verbal promises until the wedding day — after which it was clear those promises were a joke. ⸻ 8. Payments: Full Advance = Goodbye They insist on full payment beforehand. Once they get it, your importance as a client quickly vanishes. Avoid paying in full upfront at all costs. ⸻ 9. Grievance Handling: Quick Refund, No Real Solution After escalating the issue, the owner offered a half refund for the undelivered work — and processed it immediately. But what about the once-in-a-lifetime pre-wedding shoot we wanted? A refund can’t replace lost memories. This was supposed to be a special experience — they ruined it thoroughly. ⸻ 10. One Positive Outcome After seeing what “professionals” can deliver, I now feel extremely confident about my own photography skills. If this is the industry standard, I might already be ahead of the curve. So thank you, WedPro — for at least helping me discover my own talent.
