Madam, lovely... you know very well how much hassle it was that day because of you. We reached your salon 4-5 hours earlier, and you were super busy. If you had so many bookings, you should've increased your staff or managed bookings accordingly. After doing our makeup, you didn't even style everything properly... we were putting on bangles, necklaces, earrings, and draping the dupatta ourselves. From 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, you just did the makeup... put on accessories yourself... and the maang tikka you did was so loose it fell off after an hour. Who puts on a maang tikka after styling the hair? Every client coming in, you'd ask them to wait... and they'd wait for hours, only to leave. If you're that busy, increase your staff, don't ruin someone's event 😊.
