Very disappointing experience with Atul Chauhan Makeovers Academy. They charge ₹50,000 for the makeup course, and ₹5,000 extra for hair, which I did not opt for because the hair course timings were not suitable for me. Initially, they clearly told me that makeup classes would be from 11 AM to 2 PM and hair from 2 PM to 5 PM, but later there were no fixed timings at all. The class timings were changed frequently as per their convenience, which was very unprofessional. This course is not suitable for freshers. There is no proper theoretical knowledge provided, no basics about tools, products, or skin prep. As someone without prior makeup experience, I struggled a lot. In one full week, I attended only one demo class; the remaining days were just practice without proper guidance. After realizing the course was not suitable for me, I requested a 60% refund, allowing them to keep the rest since I attended one week. I was even open to a 50% refund, but the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive, saying things like “What do you think, 2 demos for ₹20,000 only? ₹20,000 is nothing.” This was shocking and highly disrespectful. Now they are ignoring my messages and calls completely, which shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. Overall, the experience was mentally stressful, poorly managed, and not worth the money, especially for beginners. Please think twice before joining, particularly if you are a fresher or expect structured teaching and professional behavior.
My friend joined Atul Chauhan Makeovers with high hopes, but it turned into a total disaster. Despite paying ₹50,000, the management was unprofessional from day one. The 11 AM–2 PM schedule was constantly changed without notice, making it impossible to attend. As a beginner, she was taught zero basics or theory. In an entire week, she received only one demo. To make matters worse, Atul Chauhan is barely present—appearing only 6–7 times a month for demos—leaving students with just staff for 'practice days.' When she requested a partial refund after being forced to drop out, the staff was incredibly rude, mocking her and eventually ghosting her calls. Total lack of ethics and zero value for money."
Really Upset With How They Treated My Sister! 😠 My sister joined Atul Chauhan Makeovers with so much excitement, but her experience was awful, and as her younger sister, I’m really angry on her behalf. They charged her ₹50,000 and messed up the timings from day one. She was told classes would be 11 AM to 2 PM, but they kept changing it whenever they felt like it. Because of this unreliable schedule, she had to drop out after the first week! She’s a total beginner, and they didn’t teach her any basics—no theory, no proper intro to tools. She only got ONE real demo class in that whole week. When she asked for a refund for the remaining time, a staff lady was so rude to her, saying things like “20k is nothing” and making her feel stupid. Now they’re just ignoring her calls and texts. It’s so unfair. She lost a lot of money and got nothing but stress. Don’t join here, especially if you’re new. They don’t care about their students.
A Warning to Families & Beginners – Invest Your Time and Money Elsewhere As an older sister who encouraged and supported my sibling’s passion for makeup artistry, it is deeply disappointing to witness the unprofessional and disheartening experience she had at Atul Chauhan Makeovers Academy. We understood the investment—₹50,000 for the makeup course, with an additional ₹5,000 for hair, which she did not take due to unsuitable timings. However, what we did not expect was the complete disregard for structure and commitment. The academy clearly stated that makeup classes would be held from 11 AM to 2 PM, yet they frequently changed timings without consideration. This inconsistency forced her to leave the course after just one week. More concerning was the complete lack of foundational training. As a beginner, she needed guidance on basics—tools, products, techniques—but received none. In her entire first week, only one demonstration class was conducted; the remaining days were unguided and unproductive. This is not education—it’s neglect. When she respectfully sought a partial refund for the unattended portion, the staff’s response was not only unprofessional but outright condescending. Remarks like, “What do you think, ₹20,000 for just two demos?” and “₹20,000 is nothing,” reflect a shocking lack of empathy and integrity. Now, they have chosen to ignore all communication. Seeing my sister’s excitement turn into stress and financial loss is unacceptable. This academy is not equipped to support beginners, and their management lacks accountability and basic courtesy. To parents and siblings supporting aspiring artists: please look elsewhere. Do not let your loved ones be mistreated and undervalued by an institution that fails to deliver on its promises. This experience has been a costly lesson in disappointment.
****MUST read this before VISIT**** I visited this place with my friend for counseling related courses. First APART from course there is more 2 lakh expense( counselor will tell you that kit expense is 60000 which is not true) for makeup kit and models and all. So if you have atleast three lakh then go for course because they will not give refund once you enrolled. Second washroom is not good. Third training centre is under basement but inside it's very beautifully decorated and you will feel good. Counseling is little bit disappointing because we travel almost one hour to reach this place and she just told us about fee and gave us brochure and nothing else. Counsellor didn't let us know why we need to choose this place or what importance of this course and what career. Leave your number if need more information They also have another branch at ramesh nagar in front of pillar 378.
