I recently ordered 200 wedding cards for my brother’s marriage, and while the process seemed smooth initially, things completely fell apart after printing. Upon taking delivery, I was shocked to find that at least 50 cards had incorrect names printed—and these errors were scattered randomly across multiple bundles which makes no sense for a professional printing service. What’s worse, Mr. Vikram has stopped responding to my calls and messages ever since I highlighted the issue. This kind of unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour is extremely disappointing, especially when dealing with something as important and time-sensitive as wedding invitations. I trusted them for an important family event, but this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
