Extremely disappointing experience, the owner becomes unreachable when he messes things up. Delayed our order by 10 days, and got the invites 2 days before the wedding. When we recieved the order, half the invites were incomplete, has to send them back, then again delayed the reorder by 12 hours from his initial commitment. Varun enjoys ghosting his customers and doesn't have the professionalism to own upto his mistakes and keep his customers informed. PS: The order was paid in full up front.
