0 star rating. Worst service. They are fooling customer. They can not be trusted at all. When you visit their shop to buy cards, they will be very nice to you and will make a lots of fake promises regarding the product and it's services. But once you pay the price of the product then they show their true colors and do not stick with their words. Chief tactics. Worst service. Beware customers, please check and validate all the deliverables before making full payments, check each pieces because they can't be trusted at all. Please inspect each piece before receiving the product.

Latest update - Our wedding cards have finally been delivered. The quality of the cards and the printing work is genuinely good, and we are satisfied with the final outcome. However, the overall experience could have been much better if the order had been delivered within the promised time. That said, we do appreciate that the cards turned out well in the end. We hope the team improves their management and communication system so future customers can have a smoother and more professional experience.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. We bought 100 plus 200 cards of different kind. The 100 cards which they printed has smudged prints in all cards and all have been rendered useless. Those cards were packed so badly and sent that all cards being box pattern got damaged. They dont attend to calls. I know they will say printing guy messed it up but when they take order they dont tell it is not their responsibility.
