Customer service before purchase is the best and after the purchase is no less than a torture. Bought an outfit for a big day in my family and the outfit’s color bleeding happened just after wearing for 2 hours. Though they recreated the same outfit but took 3.5 months, couldn’t replicate the outfit, it had multiple alteration and design issues. Many decisions regarding the outfit were taken without keeping me in loop. I made many many followups, all the headache was mine and they were just chilling because they have their rakhi/karwa/diwali/wedding season.
