I had a very disappointing experience with this store. 1. The team was extremely unresponsive! they rarely answered calls or messages on time whenever we asked for outfit videos or pictures or any updates. 2. After the trial, we clearly mentioned the required alterations. We were told they’d be done in a day, but the store took 18 days, and even then, no actual fixes were made when we finally received it. 3. The outfit did not look new at all. The lace and handwork were already worn out. During the trial, we were assured that the final finishing and polishing would make it look perfect, but the final piece arrived in even worse condition. 4. Despite our repeated requests, they even denied proper box packing. We specifically mentioned that it was raining and the outfit could get damaged, but they still refused. Overall, the service, communication, and quality were far below expectations. Definitely not the kind of experience one would want when purchasing an outfit for a special occasion.

I had a terrible experience with this brand. The level of professionalism is absolutely zero. My blouse was delivered two inches loose, despite clear measurements being given. They didn’t even bother to call on the promised delivery date, and the delivery itself was delayed without any update. On top of that, they charged an exorbitant amount for courier, and shockingly, the payment was taken under a personal name instead of the company name, which is extremely questionable. There is no proper communication, no sense of responsibility, and definitely no professional way of handling clients. Absolutely disappointed and would not recommend this brand to anyone.
