I rented multiple outfits and jewellery from here for my brother’s wedding—two outfits (engagement & wedding) for myself along with jewellery, one lehenga and jewellery for my mother, and overall three garments. The outfits were genuinely beautiful, and we received tons of compliments. Honestly, no one could even tell that the outfits were rented, which says a lot about the quality. However, my experience was affected due to a major issue with the jewellery. The maang tikka that I had selected and paid for (finalised almost 2–3 months in advance) was missing—for both my jewellery and my mother’s. Initially, I was told it wasn’t necessary, despite full payment being made including the maang tikka. Later, I was informed that it had been mistakenly given to someone else by the staff. I was eventually provided with an alternative maang tikka, but it was not the one I had chosen. While others couldn’t notice the difference, I could—and dealing with this during my brother’s wedding caused unnecessary stress and multiple follow-ups. The outfits and jewellery quality are great, but such last-minute mix-ups, especially after booking well in advance, are disappointing. Better coordination and attention to committed items would really improve the overall experience.
