Had the opportunity to buy a few outfits from this designer outlet and it was a great experience overall. The hospitality was excellent, and the collection had some really stylish outfits at very affordable prices. I was also lucky enough to meet Lalit Dalmia himself this afternoon during my trials , very warm, humble, and hands-on, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality designer wear with great service.

We had an amazing experience at Lalit Dalmia. When I came for my trial, Komal and Rani met us and were extremely sweet, polite, and calm. They made the entire experience very comfortable and pleasant. The lehenga is absolutely amazing — I truly love it! ❤️ Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! ✨

Shivam, the store manager at the Pitampura store, was absolutely marvellous. He truly saved my big day. He patiently listened to every concern without being defensive. He was ready to process a refund if I wasn’t satisfied. Not only that, he offered me the to explore the brands and choose if i like anything else last minute. That level of accountability, empathy, and customer commitment is rare. Today, I’m walking into my wedding feeling happy and confident because of Shivam. He didn’t just manage a situation — he managed a bride’s emotions at one of the most important moments of her life. Truly grateful. He is what a real manager should be.
