I had a wonderful experience at House of Bride, Lajpat Nagar! My first visit was when I purchased my Roka outfit, and the collection was so amazing that I ended up buying my Haldi outfit from here as well. Not just me—my sisters and bridesmaids also found beautiful outfits they loved. A special mention to Miss Faiza, who is an exceptional salesperson. She made sure every requirement was taken care of with complete attention, both in-store and online. Her support, patience, and understanding truly made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service is pathetic and the product quality is shockingly poor. They are not open to feedback and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. Their Instagram videos are completely misleading — the outfit I ordered looked nothing like what they posted. In reality, the stitching was messy, threads were coming out, the leather work was already faded, and the color didn’t match the video at all. I had paid ₹8,000 in advance, and when I saw the actual piece, it was awful. They refused to refund the amount and didn’t even allow me to choose something else worth the amount I paid. Instead of resolving the issue, they argued endlessly just to avoid taking responsibility. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and avoid the hassle.
