DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. EVER. This has been the worst experience of my life with any couture brand. Absolutely pathetic staff, zero professionalism, and management that clearly does not care at all. The response from their side is NON-EXISTENT I waited the entire day for ONE outfit, and even after that, they failed to complete it on time. Deadlines meant nothing to them. On top of that, they did not even take or complete the measurements properly, which is literally the bare minimum for a couture store. What are you even doing then? There is no coordination, no accountability, no respect for the customer’s time or money. This place is all talk, zero delivery. They sell a fake image of being a “couture brand” but operate worse than a roadside tailor. This was a really, really bad experience,frustrating, exhausting, and infuriating. Never visit this store. Never trust them with your outfit, your time, or your money. Save yourself the stress. Worst. Couture. Experience. Ever. 💢
