We were assisted by a staff member named Hamid, who was very patient and helpful throughout. He took the time to show us a variety of designs, explaining the details clearly, and answering all our questions very nicely, ensuring that we were comfortable at every step without any rush. The collection was quite good, and we were able to find designs that suited our taste. From selecting the earrings to understanding the exchange value and completing the billing, the entire process was smooth and well managed. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would definitely love to shop at Malabar again in the future!
