We had an amazing journey with Zerogravity from start to finish. Their customer service is truly top-notch. Dhanalakshmi was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and her constant follow-ups made everything smooth and stress-free. The team was very professional and well-coordinated. The candid photography team was exceptional and beautifully captured every special moment. We absolutely loved the albums, and the editing team did a fantastic job with both the candid and traditional videos. Every detail was handled with great care, and the final output exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Zerogravity to anyone looking to capture their special day in the most memorable way.

For every girl, marriage is a dream, and choosing the right photographer is one of the most important decisions. So I chose Zero Gravity because it is considered a big brand Sadly, my experience with Zero Gravity turned out to be the worst part of my wedding. There was no proper planning or coordination from the team. On my big day, the groom was not covered at all, which led to unnecessary confusion and stress. Instead of taking responsibility, the situation escalated into arguments, and the blame was unfairly put on the bride, which was emotionally upsetting. Despite all this, I stayed hopeful, trusting the brand name and believing the final output would make up for everything. Unfortunately, the editing quality was extremely poor — truly “zero” creativity. The candid shots lacked emotion and storytelling, and the album layout was very badly designed, looking like random photos pasted together without any thought or aesthetic. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and these memories cannot be recreated. I deeply regret choosing this team and feel let down by the unprofessionalism and lack of creativity. I am sharing this review so future couples can make an informed decision and not go through the same disappointment I did.
