I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I visited this place almost three times for a simple printing requirement. Instead of guiding a customer properly, the owner was extremely rude and unwilling to explain basic things. Not every customer is technically knowledgeable about printing processes — that is exactly why we approach professionals. What was more disappointing was the way he discussed my lack of technical knowledge with his worker in a shaming manner, as if customers are expected to know industry terms and printing specifications before walking in. That is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service here is extremely poor. If you are someone who expects guidance, patience, or respectful communication — think twice before visiting. After scrolling through the reviews, it is clear that rude behavior is a repeated issue and not just a one-time incident. There are many other print shops that treat customers with dignity. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values basic courtesy and professional behavior.
